The Faculty of Political Science marks its 77th anniversary

The Faculty of Political Science, Thammasat University, marks its 77th anniversary today. Professor Direk Jayanama founded the faculty in 1949 (พ.ศ. 2492) and served as its first dean.
The world has changed a great deal since then, but the faculty's core mission remains the same. It produces graduates who serve society and the people. The faculty has continually adapted to meet the times. Today's students stand on the shoulders of tens of thousands of alumni who came before them.
