Course description

This course examines cases of public management and policy. The course aims to stimulate discussion on how the global dynamics affect the study and practices of public policy and management such as regionalisation and international collaboration. The course encourages class discussions on policy formation, policy agenda setting, and policy design using case study to identify and explain recent global public management and policy trends as well as the differences between the public management and policy structures and processes that change within the countries locally, regionally, and globally.
