Course description

This course examines contemporary transnational forces and their relationship with the nation-state and the question of sovereignty. The course identifies and explores the various political, economic and social processes of liberalisation as well as a social space and migrations that have created this new era of the increased circulation of people, ideas, commodities and technologies across national boundaries.
