Course description

This course provides students with philosophical debates and different normative theories on international ethics. It discusses related contemporary global moral problems, such as ethics of war and conflict, military intervention, human rights, humanitarian intervention, and justice. Students should be able to use these approaches to make sense of the way ethical arguments work in international relations.
