Course description

This course offers a comprehensive understanding of the government’s behaviours and decision makings to formulate policy choices for implementing fiscal and budgeting. In addition, the factor influencing public policies in terms of economic development, the function of the state, government expenditure, taxation, and public finance associated with theories for public choices will also be examined.
