Course description

This course introduces definitions, theories, concepts, the scope of public administration and public policy. The evolutions of public administration and policy and their environmental factors will be examined. The study will also examine politics and administration, process of management, public policy, public organisation and public personnel, public finance and budgeting, mission and public accountability, including the ethics of public executive. Upon completion of the course, students will have an understanding of the relationship between public administration and public policy and how one is translated into another.
