Course description

This course discusses theories, concepts, and models in public administration. It reviews and discusses the history, movement, and development of comparative public administration. The course also identifies and describes recent public administration trends, as well as the differences between public administration structures, functions, and mechanisms of the selected countries. Using a comparative approach, the course also examines how political, economic, and social factors influence the development of public administration structures and processes.
