Course description
This course offers a historical overview and key thematic developments of the Southeast Asian international relations since the end of the Second World War. The content includes competing perspectives on contemporary issues such as regional cooperation and conflict, regional political, economic, and social challenges, and transnational issues. The course provides a broad understanding of roles of the Southeast Asian nations’ relationship with other countries in adapting to the dynamic regional and international context.
