Course description

This course examines theories, principles, approaches, and policies essential to the study of human resources management. The course covers key functions of human resource management, such as recruitment and selection, compensation management, performance appraisal, retention, labour relations, and human resource development. It also includes managerial process and organisational designs. The course encourages class discussions on human resources process and techniques, as well as current problems in human resource management.
